What to do when you need Solid Services

Standard Callout

Usually happens within the standard working day 9am to 6pm. A deposit or full payment may be required in advance.

Call or email us to discuss your requirements. We will give you an initial estimate and schedule the job. The first period on site is used to check and confirm the nature and resolution of the work discussed and to confirm or update the quotation.

We aim to git the job done in the first hour if possible.

Contract Cover

You decide the on-call response you would like. We put together a service contract.

Get in touch we will listen to what you want and arrange a consultation where we will go through the option available.

Our staff as yours

Let us know the skills / experience that you require and we will send along one of our staff for that period. We will have cover staff in place in case the member of staff allocated to you can not attend for any particular reason.

    During the standard working week days you can avail of premium services at in-hours charges. Out-of-hours charges are applied at all other times. Quotations are free if you take our service.
